Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the data subject is informed that the personal data freely provided will be processed by CONSYSTEM S.r.l., with its registered office at Via E. Stendhal 55, 20144 Milan, as Data Controller, solely for the purpose of providing the requested information and will be retained only for the time necessary to ensure a proper and complete response. The legal basis for the aforementioned processing consists in the performance of pre-contractual/contractual activities requested by the data subject (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). The provision of personal data is voluntary; however, failure to provide the necessary data will prevent us from responding to the data subject’s request. If personal data are provided, they will be processed by personnel authorized by the Data Controller (Article 29 GDPR and Article 2-quaterdecies of Legislative Decree 196/2003) and will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the stated purpose. Under no circumstances will the data be disclosed, but they may be shared with third parties who carry out, on behalf of the Data Controller, specific services aimed at ensuring the proper pursuit of the aforementioned purposes. Pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of data concerning them, indication of the origin and purposes and methods of processing, updating, rectification, integration and portability of data, restriction of processing, as well as erasure of data processed in violation of the law or where one of the grounds specified in Article 17 of the GDPR exists. The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority or to take appropriate legal action if they believe that the rights indicated herein have not been recognized (Articles 77 and 79 of the GDPR).
