Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the data subject is informed that the personal data voluntarily provided will be processed by CONSYSTEM S.r.l., with its registered office at Via E. Stendhal 55, 20144 Milan, as Data Controller, for recruitment purposes and to assess any potential employment relationship. The data will be retained for the time necessary to evaluate the application and, where applicable, for the duration of any recruitment process initiated. The legal basis for processing is the data subject’s consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, as well as the performance of pre-contractual measures at the data subject’s request pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The provision of data is optional, but failure to provide the necessary information may make it impossible to evaluate the application. If personal data are provided, they will be processed by personnel authorized by the Data Controller (Article 29 GDPR and Article 2-quaterdecies of Legislative Decree 196/2003) and may be shared, where necessary, with third parties who provide services to support recruitment activities on behalf of the Data Controller. Under no circumstances will the data be disclosed. Pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of data concerning them, indication of the origin and purposes and methods of processing, updating, rectification, integration and portability of data, restriction of processing, as well as erasure of data processed in violation of the law or where one of the grounds specified in Article 17 of the GDPR exists. The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority or to take appropriate legal action if they believe that the rights indicated herein have not been recognized (Articles 77 and 79 of the GDPR).
